3 of My Favorite Ways to Shave Calories While Boosting Nutrition

1.  Substituting non-fat Greek plain yogurt for mayonnaise, bitter cream, or cream in my dressings, sauces, soups, and tuna or salmon salads

2.  Substituting an enormous mattress of chopped spinach for the noodles/pasta in my spaghetti and different dishes that function pasta (I throw frozen chopped spinach within the microwave and squeeze out all of the water earlier than including it to my plate.)

3.  Very generously including chopped sautéed greens, particularly onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms and recent chopped herbs (particularly parsley) to any savory dish I make
