Dr. Ann’s Cure-All Kale Salad
When I really feel like I’m coming down with one thing, that is my go-to cure-all. I eat all the bowl in 2 completely different sittings on day 1 of feeling below the climate. It ALWAYS helps me.
About 16 cups recent kale, stemmed and torn into bite-sized items or chopped as desired

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp honey
12 ouncesjar of roasted pink bell peppers
Put the kale into a big salad bowl. Whisk all the dressing elements (the whole lot however the roasted pink peppers) collectively in a small bowl.
