A Delicious Ways to Cook Dark Leafy Greens

I think about darkish leafy greens the healthiest meals on the planet and the simplest manner to “feel” the ability of wholesome consuming. Make it a dietary dictum to eat some type of darkish leafy greens (uncooked or cooked) each day.

Serves 2-Three

Don’t waste the greens in your recent beets – saute them with this simple recipe!


  • 1 tbsp further virgin olive oil
  • Tops of a bunch of beets, giant stems eliminated and greens and small stems chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 anchovy, non-compulsory


Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high warmth. Add greens, garlic, and anchovy (if utilizing) and sauté stirring sometimes till greens are tender, about 10 minutes. If mandatory add a splash of water to assist steam and never scorch. Season to style with salt and pepper.
