If you wish to enhance your sleep – get shifting! In a ballot carried out by the National Sleep Foundation – the outcomes have been compelling – train is incredible for sleep. Highlights from this analysis included the following:
- 75% of the exercisers reported superb or pretty good sleep high quality vs. 56% in non-exercisers.
- Vigorous exercisers had the greatest total sleep high quality with the least insomnia-related points.
- Those sitting lower than eight hours a day have been twice as more likely to report superb sleep high quality vs. these sitting greater than eight hours a day.
