  • Herbs and spices – particularly ginger, turmeric, curry, garlic, and rosemary
  • Green or white tea – free leaf or bagged
  • Oily fish like salmon, tuna, sardines, and trout
  • Nuts – particularly walnuts
  • Beans – any selection in any type
  • Whole grains – Intact entire grains like oatmeal, brown rice, barley, quinoa, and so on. and excessive fiber (≥5 grams/serving) cereals
