Chris Evans shares extreme weight loss tactic he uses to shed pounds


Chris Evans has revealed the extreme weight-reduction plan tactic he uses to lose weight.

The Virgin Radio Breakfast Show host admitted that he typically fasts for so long as 16 hours in a bid to shed pounds.

Speaking on his present, the 53-year-old opened up about his extreme approach after a member of his workforce provided him a brownie.

He mentioned: “I do that 12 hour quick, which I’ve by no means talked about on the radio.
