I like to concentrate to glycemic load of meals, which is why I like these cookies a lot.  They received’t spike your insulin (like a standard sugary cookie) and depart you with a sugar excessive after which crash. Basically, they’re not some wussy cookie both. They’re loaded with oats, almond butter, and protein powder, so they’re much extra substantial and have some critical endurance!

Cookies don’t need to be a responsible deal with. Make a batch and eat them on-the-go to the fitness center, for breakfast or as a fast snack within the afternoon – take pleasure in!
