Dr. Ann’s Anti-Inflammatory Salad – Dr. Ann Wellness

This salad incorporates a slew of uniquely potent meals for dousing the fireplace of extra irritation. So take pleasure in and be cool! (Keep in thoughts that curry powder incorporates turmeric, the king of all of the anti-inflammatory spices.)

Ingredients for Salad

  • 1 six-ounce container of natural lettuce greens of alternative
  • 1/2 medium yellow or purple onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium purple bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 medium pink woman apple, chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 sliced figs
  • ¾ cup roasted or uncooked walnuts, or nut of alternative, chopped (elective)


Combine all elements in a big salad bowl. Toss gently with curry French dressing (under) and serve instantly. (Serves four)

Ingredients for Dressing

  • ¼ cup additional virgin olive oil
  • three tbsp. vinegar of alternative ( I want white balsamic or apple cider)
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard (I want Grey Poupon “Harvest Course Ground”)
  • 2 tsp honey


Combine all elements in a jar and shake to mix. Alternatively, whisk collectively in a bowl. Use as desired.
