Dr. Ann’s Favorite “Convenience” Foods
- Washed, bagged or boxed lettuce greens
- Fresh salsa (Jack’s model or Garden Fresh Gourmet)
- Canned beans
- Frozen berries (particularly massive luggage of untamed natural blueberries – out there from wholesale grocers like Costco)
- Plain low fats or non-fat Greek yogurt
- Canned pumpkin
- Canned crimson sockeye salmon
- Prepared hummus
- Canned tomato merchandise
- Dried Apricots
