Dr. Ann’s Healthy Pancake Recipe

Serves four

Yep – it is a 100% wholesome pancake recipe that’s delectable.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

  • 2 omega-Three eggs

  • 2 egg whites
  • four ounces plain yogurt

  • pinch of salt

  • cooking spray

    For topping:

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries or berries/fruit of selection, thawed
  • Vanilla or plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Directions

Combine elements in a blender and mix for two minutes.  In a nonstick pan, frivolously spray the interior floor and utilizing a 2-ounce ladle, place the quantity within the pan and prepare dinner till brown on one aspect after which flip.  Serve scorching topped with warmed (microwaved) berries or fruit, a dollop of yogurt and a drizzle of honey (optionally available).
