Kick begin your day with considered one of my three favourite wholesome breakfasts:

A bowl of metal lower oatmeal blended with 2 heaping tbs of 100% canned pumpkin topped with a small handful of chopped pecans or walnuts, a liberal sprint of cinnamon, 1 tbs of wheat germ and a tsp of darkish brown sugar or maple syrup.

A veggie omelet scramble – sauté ½ medium onion thinly sliced in 1 tbs further virgin olive oil, till caramelized.  Add 2 huge handfuls of natural child spinach and steam over low warmth till wilted.  Crack in 2 omega-Three eggs and blend effectively till eggs are cooked to your liking.  Top with a liberal portion (I exploit 1/Three cup) of recent, ready salsa like Jack’s.  Salt and pepper to style.  (This retains me full at the least four hours!)

Breakfast smoothie – Blend the next elements till clean:

  • ½ cup frozen blended berries or blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of child spinach
  • 1, 5.3oz plain or vanilla Greek type yogurt
  • ½ cup of ice
  • Three tbs Hemp protein powder (present in health-foods grocery shops)
  • 1 tbs wheat germ
  • A splash of any 100% juice (I like pomegranate)
