Here’s a recipe comprised of REAL meals, one of my favorites from the backyard:

Everyone, even babies, love this dish. It is unquestionably one of my private favorites!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans (GOYA finest), rinsed

  • 1 small can shoepeg corn, rinsed

  • 1 bunch of recent cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Very liberal splash or two of seasoned rice vinegar (or extra to style)

  • 2-Three Tbls olive oil

  • 1 pink bell pepper, diced

  • ½ pink onion, chopped

  • 1 seeded cucumber, diced

  • Salt & Pepper to style

  • Dash of Tabasco (optionally available)

Directions

Mix all substances collectively in a big salad bowl and let sit for a bit to let flavors marry.
