Processed Foods Exposed to Shocking Number of Chemicals

The whole quantity of recognized chemical compounds used deliberately within the packaging, storage, and processing of our meals exceeds four,000 and the usual toxicology evaluation required to be carried out on them doesn’t consider their capability to disrupt our hormones.

Here’s a recipe comprised of REAL meals, one of my favorites from the backyard:

Everyone, even babies, love this dish. It is unquestionably one of my private favorites!



  • 2 cans black beans (GOYA finest), rinsed

  • 1 small can shoepeg corn, rinsed

  • 1 bunch of recent cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Very liberal splash or two of seasoned rice vinegar (or extra to style)

  • 2-Three Tbls olive oil

  • 1 pink bell pepper, diced

  • ½ pink onion, chopped

  • 1 seeded cucumber, diced

  • Salt & Pepper to style

  • Dash of Tabasco (optionally available)


Mix all substances collectively in a big salad bowl and let sit for a bit to let flavors marry.
