Simon Cowell’s dramatic new look is outwardly down to ‘light beer’.

Or not less than that’s what Britain’s Got Talent decide Amanda Holden reckons when she was requested about Simon’s latest well being kick.

He beforehand joked that it was down to the ‘Eric Cowell diet’, named after his veggie-loving son.

But Amanda thinks his change of beverage helped him reduce weight.

In an interview on Good Morning Britain on Monday, presenter Piers Morgan stated: ‘Annoyingly Simon Cowell has gone on this ridiculous…he claims it’s a vegan weight loss plan.

‘I don’t suppose it’s. Now he’s misplaced all this weight, he a bit like a sculpted waxwork dummy now.’

The Heart Breakfast presenter revealed: ‘He’s consuming light-weight beers, that’s the key. And I tasted it as a result of I assumed it was gonna style, like, naff. Actually it’s fairly first rate. You may take a tip from him.’

When Piers joked that she was fat-shaming him, Amanda replied: ‘No, I don’t do this. There’s a hashtag for that so I’m not doing that.’

Simon, 59, has beforehand insisted that the burden loss is ‘100%’ down to a change of weight loss plan, including: ‘It was not a kind of band issues.

The music mogul has spoken about reducing again on alcohol up to now, explaining to Extra: ‘I went to see this guy who’s very well-known. And he stated to me, after performing some blood work, “You can’t have red meat, dairy, sugar, bread or gluten.” I’m pondering, “What about alcohol?” And he stated, “Maybe not quite as much as you had before.” And I did it and I caught to it and it’s simple.’

The resolution got here following a well being scare when he was rushed to hospital in 2017.
