Lisa Wortley, 34, from Yorkshire, tipped the scales at 22st 3lbs earlier than she overhauled her life-style.

Lunch: Vegetables with rooster. Soup. Salad. A small jacket potato
Dinner: Chicken sausages, beans and egg. Homemade curry, vegetable chilli, roast Sunday dinner
Snacks: Fruit, boiled eggs, rooster items, small bag of low fat crisps
