“I got absorbed in the program”
“I’d forget about the exercise because I’d become absorbed in the program and suddenly, the episode was ending and I’d just run for 45 minutes!” she reveals.
“I’ve never been great at sticking to exercise as I get bored with it quite easily. But as I’ve started seeing the results of my hard work, I’ve got more and more into it,” she provides.
“Now I love it. Being able to watch Outlander while I exercise has really been the key though, to me sticking with it. I don’t think I would have stayed at it otherwise,” she says.
