Samantha admitted she turned hooked on watching it and it was the right accompaniment to her train routine.

“I got absorbed in the program”

“I’d forget about the exercise because I’d become absorbed in the program and suddenly, the episode was ending and I’d just run for 45 minutes!” she reveals.

“I’ve never been great at sticking to exercise as I get bored with it quite easily. But as I’ve started seeing the results of my hard work, I’ve got more and more into it,” she provides.  

“Now I love it. Being able to watch Outlander while I exercise has really been the key though, to me sticking with it. I don’t think I would have stayed at it otherwise,” she says.  

Samantha additionally made a number of modifications to her food plan having no pasta, rice or starchy veggies at night time and a100grams of protein for lunch and dinner and simply oats for breakfast following Kim Beach No Excuses program.

She additionally says she really feel so a lot better now she’s lost the load.

“I went shopping on the weekend and bought a whole new wardrobe of Size 12 clothes – haven’t been a size 12 in almost 20 years, so I feel really proud of myself and what I’ve achieved,” she says.
